- แต่ InstaForex ต้องใช้เวลารอกว่าจะผ่านทั้ง 2 Level ก็ใช้เวลาเป็นสัปดาห์ บางคน 2 สัปดาห์ เพราะส่งไฟล์ไปหลายครั้งก็ Verify ไม่ผ่าน
What requirements the uploaded documents must comply?
All the documents uploaded for account verification must meet the following requirements:
1. The scanned copy must be clear and in colour.
2. The scanned copy must have the required double-page spread(s) in full, including the corners or laminate borders.
- Identity document must be scanned on both sides.
- If, according to the rules of the customer’s country of residence, the passport is not changed or renewed upon a certain age but past a new photo in and/or extend the expiry date, the copy of such page must be included as well.
- If the customer’s name is in two languages in the passport, but this data appears on different pages, the scanned copy must contain both of them.
3. No obvious erasures, additions, strikeouts or other unauthorized modifications or editing are allowed.
4. The photo must be of high quality.
5. The name(s) on the account must be identical to the one(s) in the document.
6. The address specified in the account must be identical to the one in the document.
7. The document must be valid.
8. One and the same document cannot be downloaded for each of two levels of verification.
